{{COMPANY_TRADING_NAME}} provides a software-as-a-service platform that helps businesses classify financial transactions and prepare financial statements in accordance with US GAAP, including AI-assisted classification features. We may add, modify, or remove features over time.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activities that occur under your account, and you must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
Current plans and prices are published on our pricing page. Paid subscriptions renew automatically for successive terms unless cancelled before the renewal date. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated. We may change prices on reasonable prior notice; changes take effect at the start of the next renewal term. Taxes, if applicable, are your responsibility.

You retain ownership of the data you upload or connect to the Service (“Your Content”). You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, copy, process, transmit, and display Your Content solely as necessary to provide the Service to you and your organization. Where we use Your Content in aggregated or anonymized form to maintain and improve our models and the Service, we do so in a manner that does not identify you or your organization.
You represent that you have the rights necessary to upload Your Content and to grant the license above, and that Your Content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable law.
The Service uses artificial intelligence to suggest transaction classifications, account mappings, and financial statement entries. These outputs are suggestions only. You remain responsible for reviewing, correcting, and approving them before relying on them for accounting, tax, regulatory, or financial-reporting purposes. The Service is not a substitute for professional accounting, tax, audit, or legal advice.
We and our licensors own all right, title, and interest in the Service, including all software, designs, trademarks, logos, and content we provide. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights in our intellectual property other than the limited right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
The Service may integrate with third-party services (for example, ERP systems, authentication providers, or AI model providers). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL SUCH WARRANTIES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER PARTY WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WARNED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY UNDER THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE FEES YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless {{COMPANY_TRADING_NAME}} and its officers, employees, and agents from and against any third-party claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to (a) Your Content, (b) your use of the Service in violation of these Terms, or (c) your violation of applicable law or the rights of a third party.
You may stop using the Service and terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, if we reasonably believe your use puts the Service or other users at risk, or if we are required to do so by law. On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. For a reasonable period after termination, you may request export of Your Content; after that period, we may delete it.
These Terms are governed by {{GOVERNING_LAW}}, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. You and {{COMPANY_TRADING_NAME}} agree that the courts of {{JURISDICTION}} have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rules that apply to you. We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by prominent notice within the Service before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
